The Holiday Cottage in Brittany

The ground floor comprises:

The holiday cottage in rittany has a large (35 sq m) lounge with wood burning fireplace, French & English TV, Hi-Fi music system and dining table and chairs.

Toilet with wash basin.

Kitchen, with halogen hob, built in oven, microwave oven, double sink unit and fully equipped with a wide range crockery and food preparation utensils. Table and chairs.

Utility room with front loading washing machine, fridge/freezer, storage units and cleaning equipment.

Shower room with toilet and wash basin.

The first floor comprises:

2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with a double bed, wardrobe and walk in clothes storage area.	Bedroom 2 with a double bed and a bunk bed and TV.
Landing with storage space and sea view.

Outside:

The mature, fully enclosed gardens have large areas of lawns with many shrubs and trees are ideal for relaxing and provide ample space for children to play safely. There is also a children's play area equipped with swings, rope climbs etc.

There are two terrace/patio areas close to the house, one of which is covered, ideal for breakfast and afternoon teas. Within the gardens there is a large paved barbecue terrace (20 sq m) and a further patio for sunbathing or simply relaxing in the peace and tranquility the cottage and surrounding area provides.
